Groove On 98

Malaysian born, now Berlin resident, Mohan Das aka Frankie Flowerz is known for his special blend of funk, disco, and house. On his “Groove on 98” single, he takes things back to a time when people used to appreciate a little funk in their electronic music. Labels like Naked, Om, and artist like Tosca, Fila Brazillia, Blue Six, Soulstice, Massive Attack, and Portishead all helped to put the “Downtempo / Lounge” it’s own genre.
