Last night Om and KCRW hosted an event at the Americano’s patio featuring live performances from good friend, Shauna Regan and San Francisco troubadour, Sean Hayes. Who is Sean Hayes you ask? Sean Hayes is the voice behind a song many of you are familiar with called “Dream Machine” by Mark Farina.

With backdrops of the Bay Bridge and over 300 attendees, the event was a hit. Sean played tracks from his recent album, ‘Run with Wolves’ and even gave fans a cover of Talking Heads ‘Naive Melody’.

Special guest, KCRW’s Raul Campos was at the event to DJ and host!

For all those heading down to Coachella this weekend, the Set Times have finally been posted. Make sure to use their own custom Coachooser to arrange and organize your personal schedule of acts you’d like to catch. Keep you eye out for Bassnectar and Kaskade playing back to back on Saturday on the Sahara Stage starting at 6:40pm. Also, an act that you won’t want to miss is Die Antwoord. Just added a couple days ago the Rap Rave group from South Africa is making tons of noise with their crazy music videos.

In other news, if you’re feeling thirsty on Friday, stop by the Heineken Dome for a cold one. Om Records has partnered with your favorite green bottled beer to program the music from 12 – 7pm. Artists performing include Classixx, Andy Caldwell, Fred Everything, Eskmo and J-Boogie vs. DJ Eleven. It’s all going down in 3 days. See you in the desert.
