Some of the most shocking footage I’ve ever seen, Vice TV takes us to Monrovia, Liberia home to the worst slums in Africa and even the world. Plagued with 3 Civil Wars since the early 90’s, the poverty stricken people of Liberia are heavily engaged in drug addiction, disease, murder, rape, prostitution and even cannibalism. Visit the VBS.tv site for the complete 8 segment series and beware of the shocking footage.

Planning to attend Sonar later this year? Why not live it up at the brand new Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona. I can only hope that we might be able to get to check this place out. Centrally located and designed and furnished by Spanish-Born architect, Patricia Urquiola, the 98-room follows Urquiola’s unique clean and linear theme.

The hotel officially opened in November of 2009.
